Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

This role supports day-to-day distribution center activity, including sorting, packing, weighing, labelling, transferring goods, and other related warehouse tasks. The position also requires carrying out additional duties as assigned by the manager or management team.

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to keeping distribution center operations running efficiently.
• Accept incoming goods and carry out inspection checks on arrivals.
• Prepare and print carton labels for goods that have arrived.
• Receive returned trade items and verify their condition.
• Place physical stock in quarantine when instructed.
• Track invoice printing, picking assignments, and picking cut-off timelines.
• Assign picking tasks to pickers and follow up on progress and completion.
• Pause pick-and-pack activity for trade cancellations when directed.
• Submit trade cancellation requests when stock is missing during pick-and-pack activities.
• Check picked items before dispatch and note any picker-related errors.
• Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and pest issues before goods are handed over.
• Record details of new drivers collecting deliveries.
• Confirm delivery zones and release goods to the correct appointed transporter.
• Receive and log arriving trucks and containers.
• Operate material handling equipment when required and authorized.
• Perform any other work-related tasks assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Between 1 and 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Secondary school qualification or an equivalent ITE certificate.
• Working understanding of warehousing, distribution, transport, and supply chain operations.
• Practical knowledge of safety, health, and environment programs, good warehousing practices, good manufacturing practices, and HACCP systems.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Singapore.
