Role Overview
The company is seeking a dependable and initiative-driven Loading Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day loading and unloading activities, keep operations safe and compliant, and build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams. This is a hands-on field role that involves crane coordination, cargo movement, vehicle tracking, and regular communication with clients, brokers, and drivers across Hyderabad and Chennai.
The position also includes unloading work at customer locations, along with general material-handling responsibilities and site visits as part of on-ground operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to support service quality and satisfaction.
- Follow up on payment collections and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate and supervise PBL-owned crane operations whenever required for specific assignments.
- Manage the loading of over-dimensional cargo, ensuring the process is completed safely and correctly.
- Make sure all loading and unloading activity follows safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Prepare and hand over Billy/LR copies to drivers for shipment movement.
- Monitor vehicles through GPS and help ensure on-time delivery.
- Share vehicle movement updates and current status with the relevant teams.
- Travel as needed for client meetings or to oversee operational work at sites.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in the local language and Hindi.
- Coordinate with brokers and manage site loading charges to support smooth movement of goods.
- Work with the customer, broker, and driver to confirm vehicle placement, dimensions, load weight, and any additional charges such as freight revisions or RTO fees.
- Enter loading and unloading information into the company software system.
- Collect penalty-related documents and keep Account Executives informed about deductions that may need to be applied.
- Confirm scheduled customer calls and, when company vehicles are not available, verify broker vehicle details such as RC and PAN before placement and loading.
- Perform material-handling duties as required.
- Understand traffic-cum-unloading procedures.
- Carry out field visits to customer sites.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hyderabad and Chennai. The preferred educational qualification is Secondary (10th pass), and candidates with more than 2 years of total work experience are preferred.
