Role Overview
Capital Avenue Real Estate in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Listing Agent to support the creation, management, and promotion of property listings across the city. This role is centered on maintaining accurate, compliant, and high-performing property advertisements.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish and maintain property advertisements on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Check that every listing follows MADMOUN rules and related listing requirements.
- Confirm the correctness of property information, pricing, and permit details.
- Work with agents to gather photographs, videos, and all necessary property data.
- Monitor how listings perform and make updates to improve visibility.
- Receive incoming listing leads and route them appropriately.
Requirements
- Prior exposure to real estate listing work will be considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of UAE property portals is needed.
- Understanding of the MADMOUN system and the property listing permit workflow is important.
- High accuracy and strong organizational ability are essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
