About the Company
ShyShark is a founder narrative studio that helps leaders shape their positioning and story before any campaign, content push, or PR activity goes live. The team is based in Bengaluru and collaborates with founders across India.
About the Role
This role is for a ghostwriter who can fully adapt to a founder’s individual voice and create LinkedIn content that feels personal, authentic, and human rather than brand-led. The work centers on turning raw inputs such as calls, documents, voice notes, and positioning briefs into high-quality posts with substance. The writing will be for senior founders with established perspectives and clear points of view, so this is voice-focused writing rather than content marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and refine LinkedIn posts in a founder’s voice.
- Keep the tone and voice consistent across multiple drafts.
- Work closely with the team on positioning direction.
- Move quickly through edits and feedback cycles.
Requirements
- Prior ghostwriting experience, ideally for founders or executives.
- Experience writing for founders, operators, B2B companies, or startups is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable writing natively for LinkedIn and aware of what performs well on the platform.
- Strong writing ability with the flexibility to mirror another person’s voice convincingly.
- Open to feedback and able to iterate fast.
- Bengaluru is preferred, though not required.
