Job Overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in South East Nanango, Queensland for a local civil works project in Flagstone. The role offers a pay rate of $47 plus penalties and a daily travel allowance, with an immediate start and a straightforward onboarding process.
About the Client
The hiring company is a well-established, family-owned civil contractor operating across Australia. Its work includes large-scale earthworks, installing utilities such as water, sewer and stormwater systems, and delivering community infrastructure throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
Key Duties
The position involves operating a Komatsu D375 dozer and supporting site activities through practical machine work. Day-to-day tasks include handling rock ripping and stacking as well as general dozer operations.
Work Schedule
The roster runs from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Requirements
Applicants should hold a current driver’s licence and have dependable transport to site. A white construction card and an RII dozer ticket are also required. Previous hands-on experience with the listed machine duties is important, along with a strong sense of reliability and a solid work ethic.
