Role Summary

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, or another person authorized by management, you will help keep the laundry and uniform issue sections running smoothly and in line with hotel standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, inspect, and return guest laundry and dry-cleaning items from the front desk, guest rooms, or housekeeping team, then wash and press them according to guest instructions.
