Supermac’s in Longford is looking for a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Staff member to join the team in a busy restaurant environment.

Job purpose

This position is responsible for running the grill, chicken, and pizza sections, making sure food is prepared to the company’s standards. The role also includes supporting management whenever needed.

Key duties

• Prepare, cook, and present food accurately and efficiently in line with the Supermac’s operations guide.
• Store food properly and rotate stock according to company standards.
• Keep the grill station and back-of-house kitchen areas spotless, including utensils, worktops, and floors, while completing daily and weekly cleaning routines.
• Set up and close the restaurant following the standards agreed by management.
• Carry out reasonable instructions from the management team.
• Observe all food safety and hygiene requirements.
