As part of the kitchen team, you will help keep the back-of-house area organised, safe, and ready for service. The job involves regular cleaning, basic prep support, and making sure equipment and work areas remain in excellent condition throughout each shift.

What you will do

• Keep pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and ready for use.
• Clean and sanitise food prep spaces, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
• Unload incoming food and equipment deliveries and place them in the correct storage areas.
• Maintain clean, sanitised worktops, floors, and walls.
• Assist chefs with simple preparation tasks such as peeling and washing ingredients.
• Ensure refrigerators, freezers, storage spaces, and the back-of-house area stay tidy and organised.
