Role overview
Wagamama’s kitchens are built around fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and a fast-paced team environment. In this full-time kitchen porter position, you’ll play a key support role by keeping the kitchen clean, orderly, and working efficiently so chefs can stay focused on preparing bold, fresh food.
What you’ll do
- Maintain a spotless kitchen that is ready for service at all times.
- Wash pots, pans, and equipment so the cooking team can keep moving.
- Top up cleaning materials and let the team know when stocks are running low.
- Help with simple preparation tasks whenever extra support is required.
- Work in line with health and safety rules to protect yourself and your colleagues.
