Junior Visual Designer

Role overview

Clínica Nueva el Lago is hiring a part-time remote Junior Visual Designer to help produce visual content for both digital and print use. The position supports the clinic’s branding by creating and refining design assets for web pages, social media, presentations, and materials used by patients.

What you will do

You will work alongside senior designers and marketing team members to turn ideas into polished visuals. The role includes improving existing templates, developing campaign graphics, keeping all outputs visually aligned, and adjusting concepts based on feedback. You will also organize design files, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong ability in visual and graphic design, with a focus on making layouts that are clear, engaging, and easy to understand across print and digital formats.
• Capability in branding and graphic asset creation, including consistent use of identity elements, icons, illustrations, and promotional visuals.
• Working knowledge of web design to support webpages and digital interfaces with usability and responsive layout in mind.
• Comfort using standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent tools, along with a basic understanding of design systems and file organization.
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow brand rules, good communication, and the independence needed to work effectively in a remote setup.
• Training or education in design, visual communication, or a related area is helpful, and a portfolio of recent work will be an advantage.
