About the company

Vivienne Westwood is a celebrated British fashion house known for its distinctive heritage, inventive approach to design, and strong focus on culture and activism. The business is guided by four core principles: Gaia, Quality not Quantity, Activism, and Culture & Heritage. It places emphasis on caring for people and the environment, and welcomes candidates who are enthusiastic about creativity, sustainability, and innovation.

Role overview

The Junior Digital Site Merchandiser will help manage the online merchandising of inventory, product catalogues, pricing, promotions, shopping behaviour analysis, and the overall visual quality of the website. The role is intended to support revenue growth through effective digital presentation and site trading activity.

Key responsibilities

You will work across site merchandising, inventory handling, campaign execution, and reporting while supporting the wider digital merchandising team.

  • Apply product assortment rules in Business Manager, organising assigned product categories and subcategories while taking into account view type, image versions, swatches, image labels, and stock availability.
  • Assist with the visual merchandising of PLPs and PDPs, making sure products are displayed correctly and refreshed in line with the sales plan, launch timeline, and business or analytics insights.
  • Help maintain B2C Commerce price books and export product catalogue data for both new and existing content, ensuring products are correctly available and grouped across customer-facing sites.
  • Track imported inventory feeds and related content assets, checking that each storefront displays accurate information and making manual HTML updates where needed.
  • Spot site issues connected to inventory records, and assess stock and availability risk for each site or storefront inventory list.
  • Support the delivery of campaigns, promotional activity, product launches, and seasonal trading moments, including the use of custom attributes to meet specific business needs.
  • Keep promotional content accurate across the full site journey, including homepage, cart, checkout, PLP, PDP, and quick view, and help identify coupon error-handling and messaging issues.
  • Assist with order-processing queries and help prepare reporting on key web metrics for the team and the wider business.
  • Monitor storefront performance and analyse metrics across the conversion funnel, click-through rate, page performance, and search performance.
  • Support category sequencing across pages to help improve CTR and conversion rate.
  • Take on additional ad hoc duties as needed to meet the requirements of the role.

Experience and skills required

The ideal candidate should bring at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud and content management. Hands-on experience with Commerce Cloud Business Manager and digital or web merchandising is expected. Strong numerical thinking, analytical ability, and confidence working with data are important, as is familiarity with staging environments, basic HTML, and web design. Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau will be useful, along with strong PC skills, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The role also suits someone who is collaborative, able to work under pressure, and able to prioritise effectively.

This employer is committed to equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion, and does not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on protected characteristics. The business also emphasises responsible design, environmental awareness, quality craftsmanship, and a “buy less, buy better” approach to fashion.
