Its product supports the full campaign journey, including creator discovery, campaign coordination, content moderation, payments, analytics, and AI-led insights across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Role overview
Kyra is hiring a Junior Campaign Manager for seeding work on an immediate start basis. This is a fixed-term engagement lasting six months and is based remotely.
The position focuses on product seeding and creator gifting campaigns for major consumer brands. You will help find suitable creators, manage outreach, coordinate product deliveries, and keep campaigns running smoothly from planning through reporting. The role involves close collaboration with Campaign Managers, Creator Managers, and Client Solutions teams to support authentic creator content and long-term relationships.
This opportunity is suited to someone with roughly 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or digital marketing who is highly organised, proactive, and interested in the creator economy.
Responsibilities
- Identify creators who match client goals, audience profiles, and brand values.
- Prepare creator shortlists using internal systems and external platforms.
- Assess creator content, engagement quality, and audience fit.
- Keep creator records and campaign databases accurate and current.
- Manage creator outreach through email, social channels, and creator tools.
- Assist with discussions around gifting, usage rights, and participation terms.
- Handle creator communication throughout the full campaign cycle.
- Foster strong relationships that can lead to future collaborations.
- Coordinate gifting and shipping with internal teams and fulfilment partners.
- Verify shipping details and track deliveries carefully.
- Monitor dispatch progress and help resolve delivery issues when needed.
- Update campaign trackers with shipment and creator status information.
- Support Campaign Managers with daily execution tasks.
- Track deliverables and make sure content is submitted within deadlines.
- Monitor timelines and raise potential risks or delays early.
- Ensure campaign documentation stays complete and up to date.
- Track creator participation and content delivery.
- Compile campaign reports using performance and engagement data.
- Maintain trackers, budgets, and status documents.
- Support post-campaign reporting and internal review discussions.
Requirements
- Ready to begin immediately.
- About 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, PR, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong organisational ability and careful attention to detail.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfortable handling several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Proactive approach with a focus on practical solutions.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interest in social media, creators, and digital culture.
- English fluency is required.
- Professional-level Spanish or German is strongly preferred.
