Role Overview

The selected candidate is expected to bring 1 to 6 years of experience and support architectural work across planning, design, documentation, and construction-phase coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, and delivery of technical documentation, including coordination of tasks across project teams.
  • Contribute to project design implementation and delivery.
  • Assist with developing budgets, task schedules, and other elements of the project work plan.
  • Coordinate the preparation of schematic, design development, and construction documents with the Project Manager and/or Senior Project Architect.
  • Collaborate with engineering consultants during schematic design, design development, and construction document stages.
  • Handle construction administration activities such as RFIs, RFPs, and change orders.
  • Support marketing activities and may assist with or lead presentations for prospective clients.

Required Background and Skills

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture.
  • 1 to 6 years of relevant professional experience, including leading teams and preparing conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents/materials.
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; experience with Navisworks is an added advantage.
  • Experience across all project phases and disciplines.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, specifications, and building/engineering systems.
  • Familiarity with the project management process.
  • Ability to prepare, explain, and present design ideas to clients, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with excellent graphic presentation skills.
  • Capability in Revit, graphic design, and 3D modeling/visualization tools.
  • Good problem-solving ability, a detail-oriented approach, and the drive to learn and progress.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort working on several projects simultaneously.
