Role Overview

This position is for a Junior Engineer / Engineer in production at a CNC-based tools manufacturing unit located in Hosur. The role is with an India-based Tier-1 automotive MNC client known for its strong product leadership and supportive work environment with room for career growth.

Key Work Areas

• Set up CNC milling machines with the required tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Interpret engineering drawings accurately before and during production.
• Run equipment according to CNC programs and machining instructions.
• Track machining activities to ensure smooth and consistent output.
• Check finished and in-process components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Carry out final goods quality checks.
• Follow 5S practices and maintain workplace safety standards.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for candidates with a background such as ITI, Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech. The role calls for hands-on experience in production and strong exposure to machine shop operations, CNC machining processes, CNC programming, finished goods quality inspection, injection moulding mould maintenance, and engineering drawing interpretation. Candidates should be open to relocating to Hosur.

Compensation and Benefits
