Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-oriented and proactive IT Support Technician to join the technology function. In this position, you will deliver day-to-day technical assistance, resolve hardware and software problems, maintain systems and equipment, and help ensure staff have dependable access to the technology needed to do their jobs well. This is a full-time, entry-level to mid-level role based onsite in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first and second point of contact for issues involving hardware, software, networks, and other system-related matters.
