An established global real assets investment manager is looking to add an Investment Analyst to its Australian team in Sydney. What the role involves

• Reviewing asset, fund, and portfolio results against targets and benchmarks
• Supporting planning, budgeting, and broader business planning activities
• Building, maintaining, and refining financial models, including DCF and valuation work
• Coordinating and checking external valuation processes
• Helping prepare reporting for investors, boards, and performance reviews
• Assisting with acquisitions, underwriting, and transaction work
• Carrying out market research and investment analysis to inform portfolio direction
• Collaborating with asset management, transactions, finance, and ESG teams
