Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer position in Doha, Qatar. The selected professional will help plan, design, and deliver interior spaces for the company’s offices, collaborative zones, and specialized work areas. The role combines concept creation, documentation, coordination, and site support to ensure the finished environments are practical, visually strong, and aligned with the company brand.

Key Responsibilities

The Interior Designer will develop design ideas and translate them into mood boards, layouts, and presentation materials. They will work closely with architecture and engineering teams to make sure interior solutions fit properly with building systems and structural requirements. The position also includes preparing and reviewing construction drawings, choosing furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and making sure the intended design is followed during implementation on site. Regular site visits, progress checks, and coordination with vendors, consultants, and internal teams are part of the job.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should have solid interior design capabilities, including concept development, material selection, and detailed design for office or technical settings. Space planning ability is important for shaping collaboration areas, focus zones, and efficient floor plans. A working understanding of architecture is needed to coordinate with base building design, structure, and services. Experience with construction drawings, FF&E selection and scheduling, and design documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is expected. Presentation software knowledge, such as Adobe Creative Suite or PowerPoint, is also useful. The role requires someone who can handle several projects at once, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent practical experience may also be considered. Background in corporate, tech, or workplace interiors, as well as familiarity with international design standards, would be an advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for working in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment in Doha.
