Hyland OnBase Developer

Role overview

Coforge is hiring a motivated Hyland OnBase Developer to contribute to the build, enhancement, and ongoing support of OnBase-based solutions. In this position, you will collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to help deliver workflow automation, system configuration, release activities, and production support.

What you will do

• Contribute to the design, build, and upkeep of Hyland OnBase applications and solutions.
• Support workflow development, Unity Client setup, form creation, and document scanning configurations.
• Investigate issues, run unit and system tests, and assist with deployments across different environments.
• Use SQL queries, stored procedures, and basic data analysis to support the application and reporting needs.
• Create and update technical documentation covering configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Coordinate with senior developers, business analysts, and support teams to understand needs and implement solutions.
• Take part in code reviews, bug resolution, and ongoing improvement efforts.

Skills and experience needed

• Practical, hands-on experience with the Hyland OnBase platform.
• Exposure to OnBase Workflows, Unity Client configuration, forms, and scanning solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, including query writing and stored procedures.
• Understanding of the SDLC and application support practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging ability, and documentation skills.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Preferred exposure

• Experience with OnBase integrations such as APIs and web services.
• Background in deployments, version upgrades, or migration activities.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methods.
• Experience in document management or ECM environments.
