Eden Rose is working with a growing international professional services firm to hire a Human Resources Business Partner in Dubai, UAE, with occasional travel to the UK. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role.
  • Current, strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations cases independently.
  • Solid understanding of performance management, engagement, and workplace culture.
  • Background supporting organisations operating across several regions or legal jurisdictions.
  • Capability to think strategically while also handling hands-on operational work.

  • Prior involvement in payroll coordination and HR administration.
