Role Overview
The Human Resource Recruiter will help manage end-to-end hiring activities, from finding suitable candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment records.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential candidates through sourcing channels.
- Review applications, screen profiles, and narrow down suitable candidates.
- Create and publish job openings as required.
- Prepare shortlisted candidate lists for further evaluation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Keep the candidate database organized and updated.
