Role summary
The company is hiring a detail-focused HR Operations Associate to manage core HR processes in a fast-moving environment. This position is based in Devanahalli, Bangalore, and is intended for professionals who are comfortable handling end-to-end HR operations with accuracy and ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Own HR operations across the full employee journey, from joining formalities through exit-related processes.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation in a smooth and timely manner.
- Keep employee information updated in the HRMS with a high level of precision.
- Maintain personal files, employee records, and document audit readiness.
- Support payroll preparation by sharing inputs for attendance, leave, and reimbursements.
- Track attendance and leave data and perform periodic reconciliations.
- Help ensure adherence to company policies, labor legislation, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Respond to employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and process-related queries.
- Assist in performance management activities and other HR programs.
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for management consumption.
- Work with internal teams to deliver efficient HR service support.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within HR operations.
- Use HR platforms extensively; experience with SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Support internal and external audits and keep documentation audit-ready.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or a B.Sc. in Maths/Statistics, or a B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical & Electronics.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
- Practical experience using HRMS systems; SuccessFactors exposure is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly and with integrity.
