Role overview
This position focuses on creating a clean, welcoming, and memorable stay for guests. The role goes beyond basic room cleaning and includes caring for the overall look and hygiene of the hotel. The team member will handle a variety of housekeeping tasks and help ensure that guest spaces consistently support a positive experience.
Key duties
In this role, you may be assigned to carry out guest requests, replenish housekeeping carts, clean guest rooms, and maintain public areas and other shared spaces. The work requires a practical, hands-on approach and the ability to move around the property to complete tasks as needed.
