Role overview
This position is part of the housekeeping and laundry team at a luxury hotel in Ummahat Island 1, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on more than just cleaning guest rooms; it is about shaping a memorable stay by keeping the entire property polished, welcoming, and well maintained.
What you will do
As a guest-environment specialist, you will handle a broad range of housekeeping tasks across guest rooms and public areas. The job calls for flexibility, good judgement, and the ability to move around the hotel to complete whatever needs attention.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Restock housekeeping carts and keep supplies ready for use.
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and shared spaces to high standards.
- Carry out related housekeeping duties needed to support the overall guest experience.
- Complete additional reasonable tasks as assigned by the team.
Working expectations
This is a full-time, non-management position with on-site responsibilities. The work involves being on your feet for long periods and performing physically active duties, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance. You are expected to maintain professional conduct, follow company policies and procedures, protect confidential information, and uphold quality standards at all times.
