Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Role Overview

This position focuses on keeping the hotel spotless, orderly, and welcoming for guests. The role goes beyond basic room cleaning and involves helping shape a memorable guest experience by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out a broad range of housekeeping and laundry duties across the property.
• Clean guest rooms and shared areas to maintain high presentation standards.
• Respond to guest requests and provide support as needed.
• Replenish supplies and stock housekeeping carts.
• Move around the hotel to complete assigned cleaning and service tasks.
• Handle other reasonable duties assigned by the hotel team.

Work Expectations

The role requires a hands-on approach and being on your feet for long periods. You should be comfortable standing, sitting, or walking for extended time and be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Consistently following safety practices, company procedures, confidentiality rules, quality standards, and professional standards for appearance and communication is essential.
