Overview
Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a service-oriented Hostess to deliver a consistently high standard of guest experience in the hotel’s restaurant outlets.
Role Summary
In this position, you will be expected to provide dependable, attentive service to customers and help maintain smooth restaurant operations. The Hostess role includes welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance, keeping track of outlet inventory, and stepping in to support the service team when needed.
Key Duties
Your work will center on guest reception, maintaining service flow, and supporting day-to-day restaurant coordination. You will also help ensure the outlet is stocked appropriately and assist colleagues wherever additional help is required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a degree or diploma related to Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations is required, along with strong customer service ability and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
