In this role, you will be the first point of contact at the door, helping set the tone for the guest experience. You’ll recognize regulars, guide seating choices, and stay a step ahead so service feels smooth and personal. The position suits someone who enjoys people, thrives in a lively setting, and takes pride in reading the room well.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the front-door experience and represent hospitality at a high level.
• Greet guests, build rapport, and help turn first-time visitors into repeat regulars.
• Manage seating flow and keep track of where guests are best placed.
• Anticipate what the dining room needs next and support a seamless guest experience.
• Work closely with teammates and contribute to a strong, collaborative service environment.

Compensation

The pay range is $19 to $23 per hour. This amount already includes the expected restaurant tip portion.
