Role overview

As a Sales Advisor in an H&M Home concept store, you will help deliver an engaging shopping experience every day. Your work will support customer satisfaction, strengthen brand visibility, and contribute to sales across the store and connected channels. You will represent the brand on the shop floor and work closely with the team to consistently go beyond customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Put customers at the centre of everything you do and provide service that feels friendly, helpful, and attentive.
• Represent H&M Group values and the H&M Home brand identity in your daily work.
• Follow company policies and procedures for accounting, payroll, and cash handling to stay compliant and reduce the risk of losses.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales performance and support overall profitability.
• Coordinate with the management team to keep store information, routines, and administrative processes current and clearly understood.
