About the Role

Avensys Consulting is seeking an experienced Hire to Exit (H2E) / Payroll Lead with deep hands-on knowledge of SAP HCM, payroll, and time management. This contract position is based onsite in Singapore for 1 year and focuses on supporting HR solutions within Digital Finance. The role calls for strong HR and supply chain management principles to enable efficient, scalable automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the lift-and-shift of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Evaluation from ECC to S/4HANA.
  • Take ownership of time management architecture, including schemas, work schedules, quotas, overtime, and allowances.
  • Deliver Singapore payroll compliance covering CPF, IRAS, SDL, and SHG requirements.
  • Create the integration design between SuccessFactors Employee Central and S/4HANA HCM, along with the payroll-to-FI/CO posting interface.
  • Facilitate H2E workshops and advise on the future target-state HR platform, including the choice between S/4HANA HCM and SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Lead the onshore and offshore payroll and time team through parallel runs, data migration, cutover activities, and hyper-care support.

Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of total experience is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience must be in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
  • Singapore payroll experience is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with SuccessFactors EC integration.
  • Must have delivered at least 2 complete payroll implementations or migration projects.
