The role involves responding to general matchday and ticketing enquiries and being a visible, friendly representative of the club outdoors on matchdays.
Pay and working pattern
The hourly rate for this role is £13.45. You will be required to cover all home fixtures during the 26/27 season. Brighton & Hove Albion FC has 19 home Premier League matches each season, along with any additional cup fixtures and friendlies. Work continues until the final whistle, so the role is not suitable for season ticket holders.
About the club
Brighton & Hove Albion FC operates at the highest level of football while staying closely connected to its Sussex community. The club focuses on strong performance, professionalism, and making a meaningful contribution beyond the pitch.
What you will do
You will be the public face of the club on matchdays and will support fans and visitors from arrival through to the end of the event. The job requires a helpful attitude, clear communication, and the confidence to handle general enquiries in a busy stadium environment.
What the club is looking for

Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to reflect the Team Brighton values in every interaction. Because the work is outdoors, you should be prepared for all weather conditions and bring a positive, energetic approach.
Values and culture

Equality, safeguarding, and right to work
The organisation is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from people of all backgrounds, including those protected by the listed characteristics in the source. Reasonable adjustments can be requested during the application process by contacting the provided team email address.
Safeguarding is taken seriously, and all staff are expected to support the welfare of children, young people, and adults at risk.
This role is based in the UK and requires proof of the right to live and work in the country. Any offer will depend on background screening, including a complete 3-year reference check, DBS checks, and confirmation of work eligibility. Sponsorship is not available for candidates who do not already have the right to work in the UK.
Additional information
The application deadline is 1 July 2026. The contract is described as a Worker Agreement.
