About the Role

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will support day-to-day operational activities with a strong focus on held-for-payment inventory and shipment handling.
- Deliver courteous, professional, and high-quality customer service.
- Oversee the local held-for-payment inventory workflow.
- Monitor and follow up on shipments that have not been delivered.
- Support a variety of operational duties whenever needed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have a practical service mindset, strong communication skills, and the physical ability to carry out the duties of the job safely and efficiently.
- Possess a clean, valid, and current manual Qatari driving licence with more than one year of driving experience.
- Hold a heavy vehicle licence.
- Be physically able to handle moving, lifting, carrying, and loading or unloading items of different sizes and weights on a regular basis.
- Have strong verbal communication and a good interpersonal approach.
- Present a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Understand safe manual handling practices and occupational health and safety considerations.
- Have a solid educational foundation and basic familiarity with the service industry.
