Key Responsibilities

• Lead and align operations across all departments and business lines through a central Control Tower model, ensuring execution is consistent and system-driven.

Requirements

• Proven experience in structured or quality-managed environments where defined processes and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Background in private-sector, systems-led organizations where performance metrics, accountability, and operational discipline shape execution.
• Strong analytical ability and a data-led mindset, with the capability to turn operational information into actionable improvements.
