직무 설명
About the role
This is a 12-month, multi-path development program designed for ambitious graduates who want to build a career in go-to-market. You will begin in either an SDR or Product Specialist position and gain exposure to the full GTM lifecycle, including sales, solutions, marketing, revops, and product. By the end of the program, you should have a clear understanding of how revenue is created and scaled.
The role is a full-time, on-site position in Berlin. The program launches on 1 August and 1 September, with each intake made up of 3 to 4 participants.
Program structure
The academy runs over three stages. You start in an SDR or Product Specialist role, move into a mid-stage position, and then specialize in a more advanced role. The final position becomes permanent and may be in AE, AM, RevOps, Marketing, or Product Management.
Eligibility and fit
Sales experience is helpful but not mandatory. The company is looking for candidates who bring motivation, strong communication, and curiosity, and who can be trained into the rest of the role.
Ideal applicants are graduates from a top university with a strong entrepreneurial orientation, have startup experience, and are comfortable being hands-on. A curious mindset about how technology, operations, and business strategy work together in fast-growing companies is important, along with a structured approach, attention to detail, and the ability to act quickly and work with numbers.
Language fluency at C2 level is required in German, Italian, French, or English.
