Role overview
This position is for a Graphic Designer for Amazon Visual Content (m/f/d) who will join the content team and produce visual materials that support product discovery and conversions on Amazon. The role centers on developing product imagery, infographics, A+ Content, and Brand Stores that fit client branding as well as Amazon’s content standards. You will help shape visual approaches for international brands and work closely with photographers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver strong-performing creative assets.
What you will do
- Build compelling product visuals, infographics, A+ Content, and Brand Stores designed for target shoppers.
- Improve existing creative assets so they contribute more effectively to brand perception and conversion performance.
- Choose and edit images while staying aligned with Amazon policies, brand rules, and business goals.
- Develop visual concepts that support stronger product visibility and sales across different brands and categories.
- Prepare detailed shoot briefs and coordinate with photographers and outside vendors to keep asset production on schedule.
- Work in tandem with advertising and account management teams so visual output supports broader marketing plans.
- Track changes in Amazon visual standards and current best practices to keep content competitive and compliant.
Requirements
- A completed apprenticeship or degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in e-commerce or within an Amazon-related setting.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus other relevant design tools.
- Practical experience creating conversion-oriented digital content that helps improve product performance.
- Interest in using AI-powered tools for content creation and development.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, visual storytelling, and consistent brand presentation.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to guide creative decisions.
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken; knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- A self-driven, proactive attitude with a cooperative mindset and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
