Role overview

MM is hiring experienced Production Operators for shift-based work at its Cork site. This is a full-time position in a busy production environment where quality, safety, and productivity are central to the role.

Key duties

Keep work moving so deadlines are achieved within a safe and controlled environment.
Take ownership of machine output and maintain productivity targets.
Participate in health and safety training and follow all site procedures and rules.
Report any incidents promptly to the shift lead.
