Role Overview

This position is for a polished and detail-focused front office professional who will serve as the initial contact for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The role combines client-facing hospitality with day-to-day administrative support, helping create a smooth, premium experience while keeping office operations organized and efficient.

Client Experience and Front Desk Duties

  • Greet clients, partners, and visitors in a courteous and professional way.
  • Maintain a high-end, service-oriented atmosphere for clients visiting the office.
  • Offer refreshments and make sure guests are comfortable during consultations.
  • Arrange meeting room reservations and confirm the room is ready before appointments.
