Role Overview

ALO is looking for a driven Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support its rapidly expanding e-commerce business. In this role, you will work closely with Digital Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver financial analysis, improve forecasting accuracy, and surface opportunities to strengthen return on investment across digital and technology-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Help organize and prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reporting materials.
• Work with the Accounting team during the monthly close, including analysis of variances and accruals.
• Monitor and assess the web profit and loss statement, identifying ways to improve profitability and the cost base.
• Create and update weekly and monthly revenue dashboards.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to review the performance of paid media channels.
• Partner with digital, technology, and product teams to assess the financial effect of investments.
• Carry out additional ad hoc analysis as needed across the business.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in finance-related roles, including corporate finance or operations finance; experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, or consumer businesses is an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to break down large data sets into clear insights.
• Solid time management skills and the ability to handle several priorities at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in fast-changing environments and adapting quickly to shifting business needs.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Tableau is considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this role ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually. Final compensation depends on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Additional rewards may include PTO and a range of progressive benefits.
