Compensation

The package is positioned at the top end of the market and includes a strong cash base plus equity in the form of a next-generation founding-member stock option package.

What the role involves

• Work with enterprise customers to uncover their most difficult operational issues and convert them into measurable technical objectives.
• Translate unclear or evolving requirements into practical engineering approaches and delivery plans.
• Develop and connect production-grade AI agents on top of client legacy systems and infrastructure.
• Take ownership of the solution from initial problem framing through launch, tuning, and ongoing improvement.
• Improve reliability, speed, and overall runtime performance in live environments.

Profile sought

• You bring 3 or more years of practical software engineering experience and demonstrate your ability through shipped work.
• You are confident solving technical problems across coding and system design.
• You can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, including sales and product partners.
• You are highly self-directed and comfortable making progress in ambiguous situations.
• This role is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
