About the Role

We are hiring Field Verification Officers to assist with verification work across Indonesia. The role involves on-ground checks, documentation review, and timely reporting to support operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to customer or employee locations to confirm address details.
Check employment information by visiting company offices whenever needed.
Assist with education and document verification tasks.
Carry out verification calls over the phone.
Enter verification outcomes into the system accurately.
Use mobile applications to collect photos and other field evidence.
Draft and submit complete reports within the required timeline.
Handle all information with strict confidentiality.
Escalate doubtful, incomplete, or inconsistent details to the operations team.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in field verification, banking, telecom, collections, field sales, or a closely related function.
A graduate degree is mandatory.
Willingness to travel locally as part of the job.
Having a personal vehicle and valid driving license is an advantage.
Comfort with basic mobile applications and reporting software.
Strong communication ability in the local language.
Basic English proficiency is preferred.
