Role Overview
This is a field-based sales position focused on promoting solar products in Punewadi. The role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting sales goals through local market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit homes and deliver sales pitches to prospects, especially within Hindi-speaking communities.
- Explain the advantages of solar energy and the company’s products to potential buyers.
- Identify new leads and stay in touch with interested customers until closure.
- Work toward and surpass the sales targets assigned by the company.
- Keep complete and accurate records of customer conversations and sales activity.
- Coordinate with fellow sales team members to plan and execute selling strategies.
- Share customer feedback and market observations with management.
Eligibility
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience and should be from Punewadi only.
Education Requirement
10th pass is mandatory.
Compensation
The role offers a yearly salary in the range of INR 4,00,000 to 12,00,000.
