Role overview

Key duties

In this role, you will support guests throughout their dining experience and help keep service running smoothly. Typical work includes preparing tables, coordinating with the kitchen, interacting with guests, serving food and beverages, and keeping service areas clean and organized.

You will also be expected to handle everyday service tasks as part of the guest experience, ensuring that each interaction feels seamless and professional.

Work standards and physical demands

Success in this role requires consistent adherence to company rules, safety expectations, and quality standards. You must maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style at all times.

The work involves being on your feet for long periods, moving between standing, sitting, and walking as needed, and navigating uneven, sloped, or slippery surfaces. The role also requires hands-on physical activity such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, placing items, and bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching as part of daily duties. Objects handled may weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Preferred qualifications
