The brand is already a leader in the Chinese QSR space with more than 270 outlets across the country, and the company aims to expand to 500+ outlets within the next three years.

Role Overview

The company is hiring an experienced Senior Executive in Supply Chain to keep logistics and supply chain activities running efficiently. The role requires close coordination with teams such as Operations and Finance to support business planning. Strong teamwork, project management, leadership, communication, and an analytical, strategic approach are important for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve the organization’s supply chain strategy.
• Study shipment and delivery data to identify delays, bottlenecks, and process gaps.
• Track, review, and share performance metrics and KPI outcomes.
• Oversee logistics operations to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
• Keep inventory and supply chain records accurate and up to date.
• Identify practical, cost-efficient ways to improve supply chain workflows.
• Handle communication and negotiation with suppliers and vendors to secure better commercial terms.
• Support vendor identification, raw material procurement, and warehouse management.
• Address operational problems such as delivery delays or accidents.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prepare aligned plans that support growth.
• Create and enforce safety practices across supply chain operations, including truck and forklift usage.
• Make sure all supply chain activities follow applicable legal rules and standards.

Compensation

The offered package is INR 3,50,000 to INR 4,00,000 per year.
