Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to support senior leadership with advanced administrative coordination. This role focuses on keeping workflows efficient, communications clear, and schedules well managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee executive calendars and organize meeting schedules.
  • Prepare, check, and handle letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Record meeting discussions, then prepare and circulate action items and follow-up tasks.
  • Maintain filing systems, document archiving, and control of important records.
  • Draft professional internal and external communication on behalf of management.
  • Arrange travel bookings and support event coordination when needed.
