Position Overview

This senior leadership role is responsible for steering the organization’s long-term direction, core operations, and expansion plans. The position works closely with the Board of Directors and the senior leadership group to translate strategy into execution, improve operating efficiency, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape company strategy, business planning, and day-to-day operational oversight.
• Direct major functions such as operations, finance, compliance, technology, and business development.
• Lead initiatives that increase revenue, expand market presence, and create strategic alliances.
• Develop and strengthen governance, risk control, and compliance systems.
• Manage the executive team to ensure coordinated and effective delivery across the business.
• Report to the Board of Directors and contribute to important corporate decisions.
• Represent the organization in discussions and collaboration with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings more than 20 years of professional experience, including over 20 years in senior management or executive leadership roles. A strong track record in finance, FinTech, digital assets, investments, technology, or a closely related field is required. The role also calls for excellent people leadership, operational management, and business growth capabilities, along with strong strategic judgment, communication, and decision-making skills. Success in a fast-moving, high-growth environment is important. Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
