Role Overview

Cavenaugh Media is looking for a senior-level Executive & Personal Assistant to work directly with the founder in Dallas, Texas. This position goes beyond standard admin support: the role combines executive coordination, operational follow-through, and personal logistics. The right person will bring order to priorities, safeguard the founder’s time, keep commitments on track, and make sure details are handled before they become problems.

Executive Support

  • Take ownership of calendar planning and scheduling decisions.
  • Handle inbox management and confidential correspondence.

  • Help manage hiring activities and follow up on onboarding tasks.
  • Keep SOPs and internal process documents current.
  • Track OKRs and follow progress across departments.

  • Drive special projects from concept through completion.

  • Ensure teammates stay accountable to deadlines and commitments.
