Overview
TILT is a brand strategy, creative, and production agency serving major health systems and healthcare organizations. The company has long-term relationships with many leading health systems and is positioned for growth with private equity support.
This full-time exempt role is based in Detroit, MI, with the site location listed as Birmingham, MI. The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership and help ensure the agency operates efficiently in a fast-moving, creative setting.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities. Success in this position requires strong communication, time management, judgment, and the ability to foresee needs before they become issues.
Executive Partnership
- Act as a dependable partner to executive leadership by helping manage priorities, workflow, and decision-making support.
- Handle complex calendars, meetings, and time planning with a strategic approach.
- Represent the executive team appropriately, using strong discretion and judgment when interacting with others.
- Look ahead to identify needs, risks, and opportunities in advance.
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries when needed.
- Track expenses and assist with submission of reports.
Strategic and Operational Support
- Develop executive-ready materials such as presentations, reports, briefs, and client-facing documents as requested.
- Support leadership meetings, strategic planning, quarterly planning sessions, and offsite gatherings.
- Work with teams to improve processes across operations, communication, and internal systems.
Agency and Client Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and outside partners or clients.
- Help manage project timelines, deadlines, and internal workflow coordination.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding and the planning of agency meetings or events.
- Keep digital records and documentation well organized.
Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in a marketing agency, creative agency, or professional services firm is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Solid business judgment and an understanding of how agency operations work.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle complex relationships with different stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, plus a discretionary time off program after a designated waiting period.
