Role overview

You will design and deliver memorable event experiences that support Impossible Founders’ mission and strengthen its community, brand, and ecosystem. The role covers the full lifecycle of events, from in-house program formats to the Program Team’s participation at international conferences.

Event planning and coordination

  • Own program-related events such as workshops, networking sessions for startup founders, corporate site visits, and pitch competitions that help educate, inspire, and mentor entrepreneurs and their startups.
  • Manage events end to end, including concept development, venue research, logistics, attendee handling, and on-site delivery.
  • Work closely with external service partners in catering, technology, design, video, and decoration to keep every workstream aligned.

Conferences and trade fairs

  • Organize the Program Team’s presence at national and international conferences, including booths, tickets, agendas, and internal coordination.
  • Align with partners, sponsors, and event organizers so the team is positioned in the right settings.
  • Identify opportunities for panels, side events, and meetings, and coordinate these with the Brand & Communications team.
  • Handle documentation and post-event follow-up to convert event activity into relationships, leads, and storytelling input for brand communications.

Stakeholder communication

  • Stay closely connected with both the Program Team and the Brand & Communications Team by joining team meetings and keeping everyone aligned.
  • Partner with the Event Manager in Brand & Communications to follow company standards, exchange best practices, and maintain high event quality.
  • Coordinate with partners, universities, sponsors, founders, and institutions to create strong and well-attended events.
  • Make sure each event supports branding, communication, and positioning goals in coordination with Brand & Communications.
  • Collaborate with content marketing on social media, newsletters, and PR activities before, during, and after events.

Working with providers

  • Brief event partners and vendors responsible for planning, creative work, technology, and production.
  • Keep timelines, deliverables, and quality standards under control so events run professionally and smoothly.

Tracking and reporting

  • Evaluate event performance using metrics such as visitors, leads, feedback, reach, and learnings, and share the insights with the team.
  • Manage documentation and budget reconciliation after each event.
