Role Overview
ALPADIA Berlin is an international language school focused on German as a foreign language. The team is looking for a short-notice evening supervisor for the Young Adults Program at its student residence in Berlin for the summer 2026 period.
Key Duties
- Oversee a small group of up to 8 international students aged 16 to 20 during the evening shift from 20:00 to 23:00.
- Look after the residents’ well-being between 20:00 and 23:00, working on 3 to 5 days per week, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
- Provide supervision, care, and general support to program participants during this time.
- Monitor and enforce the curfew for the minors and young adults in the residence.
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine interest in youth work and group-based supervision.
- Previous experience in holiday camps or similar settings is an advantage.
- English language skills are helpful.
- Knowledge of additional languages is also an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility is essential.
- A police clearance certificate is required.
Additional Information
The assignment runs from 27.06.2026 to 22.08.2026. The workplace is in a nearby residence connected to Alpadia GmbH.
