Enterprise Account Executive - AI / Quantum Computing

Role overview

A fast-scaling European AI and quantum computing company is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead its Qatar and broader Middle East business. The role centers on selling advanced optimisation solutions to large enterprises and working directly with senior executives on complex, high-value opportunities. This is a permanent position based in Doha, Qatar.

What you will do

• Manage the complete enterprise sales journey from initial discovery and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, contract close, and account expansion.
• Secure and grow large-scale deals in the €500K–€1M+ range, with a target of building multi-year engagements worth €10M+.
• Keep the pipeline highly disciplined, targeting 3x coverage and maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM records.
• Develop and implement go-to-market plans for key industries and enterprise customer segments.
• Work with senior stakeholders to shape AI use cases, articulate the business value, and build transformation roadmaps.
• Develop partnerships with systems integrators, Big 4 firms, and other strategic alliance partners.

What the company is looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a direct revenue role within an AI scale-up or deep-tech organisation.
• A demonstrated history of closing enterprise deals of €500K or more, including wins with new customers.
• Experience selling consultatively in complex environments with multiple decision-makers.
• Strong fluency in both Arabic and English.
• A relevant network in finance, energy, manufacturing, or telecom is an advantage.
