This Enterprise Account Executive role sits within Canva’s Sales and Success function and focuses on helping organisations use Canva Enterprise to bring design, content creation, and collaboration into one secure environment.

The position is based in Singapore, but there is no physical office campus there, so the role is fully remote and designed to let you work from the place where you are most productive.

About the team

The Sales and Success team supports Canva Enterprise, whose aim is to enable every organisation to design. Canva Enterprise brings together whiteboards, documents, presentations, and the AI platform Magic Studio so teams across departments can create and collaborate at scale. The team partners with many parts of the business, including Product and Marketing, while supporting growth in new markets and helping shape new enterprise solutions.

What the role involves

  • Build account plans using a data-led approach to identify organisations that are likely to benefit from Canva’s solutions, then translate market insight and trends into focused sales action.
  • Own pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and sales activity tracking in Salesforce to keep performance efficient and visible.
  • Use storytelling and vision-led selling to present solutions in a way that feels relevant and tailored to each customer.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and position Canva as a creative solution to each customer’s specific challenges.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with Product to help inform the roadmap and reinforce Canva’s value proposition.
  • Develop durable relationships with customers and internal partners across Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Turn complex information into clear customer-facing narratives and assets using Canva’s own worksuite tools such as presentations and documents.
