About the role

TECH-BYTE Media is a rapidly expanding Indian tech content brand with a strong audience on YouTube and Instagram. The team is hiring a Video Editor to support a monthly output of around 10 Shorts and 3–4 long-form videos.

What you’ll work on

• Shape longer YouTube videos such as product reviews, unboxings, and tech explainers, keeping the flow crisp with the right mix of visuals, B-roll, and graphics.
• Create high-energy Shorts and Reels that hold attention and are tailored for Hindi-speaking viewers.
• Enhance edits with motion graphics, captions, SUPER text, and other on-screen callouts.
• Match the existing TECH-BYTE editing style, which is fast-paced, lively, and conversational.
• Organize project assets and deliver work consistently within deadlines.

What the team is looking for

• Hands-on experience with Final Cut Pro is preferred, though Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is also acceptable.
• A solid feel for pacing, hooks, and retention, especially for short-form content.
• Prior exposure to tech or gadget-related content will be an advantage.
• Comfort with basic motion graphics and clean caption styling.
• A dependable communicator who can respond well to creative feedback.
• Ability to work remotely and turn around edits quickly.

Good-to-have experience

• Understanding of Indian tech content across YouTube and Instagram.
• Basic color correction and audio enhancement skills.
• Ability to design thumbnails.

Job details

This role is full-time, with freelance arrangements open for discussion. Remote work is available, and candidates based in Bathinda are preferred.
